Yes, our flavors are preservative free.

Our products do not have a kosher certification.

Yes. All of our recipes do not contain meat, gelatin, or egg.

Yes, three of our flavors are vegan. Kettle Corn, Tuscan Joy, and Lightly Salted
How many different ingredients are in Smith Family Popcorn?
Smith Family Popcorn’s recipes contain five (5) to eight (8) ingredients, most of which can be found in a typical kitchen.

Does Smith Family Popcorn shops franchise?

What can delay my order?
Legal holidays, inclement weather and unexpected circumstances could delay shipment of your items. Any orders with address issues will be cancelled.

Most online promotions are not valid in Smith Family Popcorn and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Does Smith Family Popcorn ship to Canada?
Orders are shipped via USPS. Duties, taxes and/or broker’s fees will apply and will be included in your USPS shipping costs.
Does my order ship on the day I place the order?
Because we freshly handcraft your gourmet popcorn to order, we are unable to ship on the order date. Your order will ship the next business day via the USPS priority mail.
Can I ship or have my order delivered on the weekend?
Except for major holidays, USPS only picks up and delivers on weekdays.
Can I ship multiple tins in a box?
Most of the time, your Smith Family Popcorn order will ship one tin per box.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, USPS will deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Does Smith Family Popcorn ship internationally?
Except for Canada, we do not. Since our family recipes are preservative-free, we cannot guarantee freshness due to extended delivery times.
Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?
Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additional charges apply.
Does Smith Family Popcorn charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is charged for Illinois, Nevada, Michigan, Texas, Virginia and Georgia deliveries.
Can I change or cancel my online order?
Please contact info@smithfamilypopcorn.com as soon as possible to cancel an order. If we have not shipped your order we will cancel it.
