We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours. We use Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service. Delivery for an item is usually between 2 and 3 days.

After placing an order, you will be emailed a tracking number. Unfortunately, delays in shipping are out of our control and do happen time to time, especially around the holiday season. If your item is not delivered within 30 days of your order date, we will arrange for a refund or ship the item again for you. 

Confirmation of the shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will try to notify you. We can ship the item again, but the second shipping cost will be paid by the customer. 

Freshness During Shipping 
We do everything we can to keep our popcorn as fresh as possible for as long as possible. Each bag is heat sealed and each tin has a bag liner and then wrapped again to ensure freshness. The popcorn will stay fresh easily for about 5 weeks, especially in the dryer winter months. 

We do not offer returns on any food item. All non-food items are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping for returning an item is the responsibilty of the customer. The item may be shipped to:
